Tom started with LeafGuard by Midlands Home Solutions in August 2018. He was born and raised in Nebraska and currently resides in Omaha, NE with his wife. Tom brought with him over 20 years of sales and construction experience.
Tom enjoys meeting with new customers and resolving their needs as they relate to certain situations with their home. He takes pride in educating homeowners on our products.
When he is not working he loves spending time with his family and friends. He also loves playing golf, fishing, and working in his yard.

In the before picture you’re able to see the open wall cavities in the garage, which was preventing the homeowners from warmer the garage area of the home.
The after pictures show the Bibs system that we installed, which allowed us to blow in cellulose into the open wall cavities. With the Bib system holding the cellulose it allows the homeowners to proceed to finish the walls with drywall.

Here are before and after pictures of the attic wall that shares a wall with condition space in the home. These homeowners were experiencing temperature differences throughout the home. To resolve their issue we sprayed the shared wall with Two-Part Foam adding about 18.5 R value. Since the Two-Part Foam is sprayed on as a liquid, it expands and hardens filling in any gaps and voids.
