Jordan started working LeafGuard by Midlands Home Solutions in July of 2017. He grew up in Florence, SD and now resides in Omaha, NE with his wife and two sons. He brought with him sales experience from working in the residential landscaping design industry.
With his past experience and knowledge, he on a daily basis meets with homeowners and educates them on the products and services we have. What he likes most about his work is that he gets to meet new people every day, having the opportunity to provide homeowners with solutions and improve their home.
In Jordan’s spare time he loves spending time with this family, golfing, spending time outdoors and going to sporting events.
After meeting and evaluating these homeowner's home they determine the best solution for never having to clean out their gutters would be to have the patent, one-piece, covered LeafGuard Brand Gutter System installed. These photos show the home before and after the installation of the new Red LeafGuard Brand Gutter System on this lovely home in Bellevue, NE.
This home located in the Florence Field area of Omaha, NE is surrounded by large trees that were consistently clogging the homeowner's gutters. While making other exterior updates to the home the homeowners wanted to make sure to replace their gutters with ones that were maintenance-free. When during research online they submitted a request through HomeAdvisor and we responded to setup a time to evaluate the home and talk with the homeowners.
With the large amount of leaves and debris that fall from the trees each year, we recommended to the homeonwers they install the patent, one-peiece, seamless, cover LeafGuard Brand Gutter System on their home. They were excited about the design and the guarentees (clog-free and paint finish) that comes with the system they had us install a White LeafGuard Brand Gutter System on their home.
In these pictures, you can see the home before and after the new White LeafGuard Brand Gutter System was installed.
This homeowner was in need of new gutters on the home to match the upgrades to the exterior. He wanted the best quality gutter and a no maintenance option so we helped him by installing our patented one-piece LeafGuard seamless gutter system. He no longer needs to climb up the ladder to clean his gutter system...Guaranteed!
These before and after installation photos, provide you a look at one of the sections that we installed the new Terratone LeafGuard Brand Gutter System on. The before photo shows the old open top gutters that existed on the home, which are collecting the leaves and debris from the large trees around the home and were also slated forward causing water to flow out of them directly on the ground below them.
The after photo shows the new gutter system that was installed on the home, where we also installed new fascia boards with aluminum wrap and attached the new gutter to. With the added protection for the aluminum wrap the homeowner doesn’t have to worry about the fascia board deteriorating behind the gutter. With the new gutter system, the homeowner is thrilled to sit back and relax rather than get out and clean the leaves and debris out of the gutters.
This homeowner had plastic screens for gutter protection and had evidence of water overflowing the gutters in certain areas. We were able to help this couple out by replacing the old gutters and plastic screens with our one-piece LeafGuard Gutter System. They no longer have to worry about debris in the gutters or water running over the top of the gutters.
These homeowners had one gutter that was consistently getting full of leaves and debris from the tree that hangs over it. These before and after pictures show the open top gutter they had and the new Eggshell LeafGuard Gutter that we installed.
They're very excited to have the patent, one-piece, cover gutter installed on their home as they no longer have to worry about it getting clogged.
Here are before and after pictures of the attic wall that shares a wall with condition space in the home. These homeowners were experiencing temperature differences throughout the home. To resolve their issue we sprayed the shared wall with Two-Part Foam adding about 18.5 R value. Since the Two-Part Foam is sprayed on as a liquid, it expands and hardens filling in any gaps and voids.
